HONORS496: Honors Core Integration
Winter 2015 1 Credit Final grade: Honors |
Honors 496Honors 496 has felt like coming full circle. It has been a reminder of my first days at the University in Honors 100: discussing the honors portfolio, the form it will take, and the things it will include (though the requirements for the portfolio have changed slightly in the past 4+ years).
It has been refreshing to have time every week to devote to this portfolio. There has been a lot of editing and adaptation: I have scaled the portfolio down from a comprehensive chronological listing of my time at the University to a much more manageable sample. Migrated the entire site from googlesites to weebly, and received feedback and encouragement from my classmates. In many ways, this entire site is my artifact. It has been the constant assignment for Honors 496 that I have labored over day and night in finding a way to express myself and represent my time at the University. It truly is a culmination of my time here. None-the-less, I have still included my presentation outline as a solid artifact for viewing. This outline will guide me in my last great assignment for the interdisciplinary honors program: presenting this portfolio to my classmates and the professors of the honors department. |
